Introducing the Tachibana Type Ship Model Kit from Pit-Road!
- A further simplification of the Matsu type, the Tachibana type is a plan-based ship built for wartime rapid destroyer missions. Also known as the Kaimatsu type, this model kit allows you to recreate the first ship of this class, the Tachibana, completed at the Yokosuka Arsenal in January 1945.
- Build your model as a full-hull or waterline version, with the option to include a drop platform for ships equipped with that feature. Three other ships from this type were refurbished with stern-mounted drop platforms, adding to the historical accuracy of this kit.
- This kit includes photo-etched parts for the foremast, depth charge loading platform, and more. Decals for six additional ships are also included, allowing you to customize your model to your liking.
