Vehicle model kits are plastic scale models of civilian machines — cars, motorcycles, trucks and construction equipment. P-Rex Hobby's range is led by the Japanese big three, Aoshima, Hasegawa and Fujimi, alongside AMT and Ebbro, overwhelmingly in 1/24 with a strong 1/12 motorcycle and showpiece range.

What counts as a vehicle model kit?

The subject is a civilian or racing vehicle rather than a weapon system: JDM and tuner cars, classic and muscle cars, race and rally machines, motorcycles, trucks and heavy equipment. Tanks and other military vehicles are in Military Vehicle Kits; pre-built die-cast and finished models are in Completed Models.
