Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve upcoming Gundam model kits and related releases before their official release date. Quantities for certain kits may be limited based on Bandai’s production runs and distributor allocation.
We recommend placing pre-orders early for high-demand Gunpla releases, limited editions, or allocation-sensitive kits. Release timelines are based on manufacturer schedules and may vary.

1. Why should I place a pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item before its official release.
Many Japanese manufacturers produce based on retailer pre-order demand. Once initial production quantities sell out, reissues are not guaranteed.
Pre-ordering is especially recommended for limited editions, high-demand Gundam model kits, popular scale figures, and allocation-sensitive releases.
2. What types of products should be pre-ordered?
Products that are more likely to sell out during the pre-order period include:
Standard mass-production items may remain available after release, but allocation-sensitive products are best secured early.
3. Is it safer to pre-order instead of waiting for release?
For high-demand or limited-production items, waiting until release may result in reduced availability or placement on restock waiting lists.
Pre-ordering secures your position within the initial allocation.
4. Do stores ever oversell pre-orders?
Pre-order quantities are limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In rare cases where supplier allocations are adjusted, unfulfilled orders may be placed on a waiting list and fulfilled during a future restock wave when possible.
5. Can my pre-order be cancelled by the supplier?
Manufacturers control production quantities and retailer allocations.
If supplier allocation is reduced, orders may be affected based on allocation sequence. Customers will be notified promptly if adjustments occur.
6. Why do some pre-orders sell out quickly?
Certain products have fixed production runs combined with strong collector demand.
Once allocated quantities are reserved, additional units may not be available until a future restock — if one occurs.
7. Why might release dates change?
Estimated arrival dates are based on supplier schedules and may change due to:

8. How long can pre-orders be delayed?
Pre-orders are tied to manufacturer schedules. While many items release within projected windows, delays of several weeks or months are not uncommon in the hobby industry due to production and logistics factors.
9. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Cancellation terms depend on the order type:
Deposit Orders
Deposits are non-refundable.
Full-Payment Orders
Cancellations incur a 15% processing fee. Alternatively, the full amount may be converted to store credit with no processing fee.
Cut-Off Date Orders
If a cut-off date is specified, cancellations are not permitted after that date.
Without a cut-off date, cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
10. When is payment collected?
Unless otherwise stated, payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
11. When will my pre-order ship?
Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order are ready.
Shipment occurs after inventory arrives at our warehouse and is processed.
Tracking information is provided once the order dispatches.
12. What if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?
Combined orders ship together once all items are available.
Free shipping applies only when shipped together. Separate shipments may incur additional fees.
13. What about oversized pre-order items?
If final package dimensions result in significantly higher shipping costs than paid at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you to collect the difference before shipment.

Yes. All products are officially licensed and authentic.
