Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging and condition
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact customer@prexhobby.com and our team will provide instructions.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Trading cards
  • Blind boxes and Lucky boxes
  • All in-store purchases

Order Cancellations

Final sale items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Orders that have not yet shipped and do not have a tracking number may be eligible for cancellation.

Canada Customers 🇨🇦

  • Refunds issued as store credit will receive the full order amount.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 3% processing fee.

U.S. Customers 🇺🇸

  • Refunds issued as store credit will receive the full order amount.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 6% transaction and currency exchange fee.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Pre-Order Policy.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

For damaged, lost, or stolen shipments, please follow our Shipping Protection process powered by Route:

  • If you purchased Route Protection at checkout, file your claim directly at claims.route.com. Most claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
  • If you opted out of Route Protection, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. P-Rex Hobby cannot be held liable for products damaged or lost during shipping when Route Protection was declined.

In all cases, please preserve all original packaging materials and take clear photos of any damage (outer box, internal packaging, and product) as evidence.

Inventory & Pricing Errors

While we strive to keep our inventory and pricing accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel part or all of an order. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
