Processing Time

  • The majority of in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders involving products located in our warehouse, as opposed to those readily available in our store, may require 3 to 5 business days to process.
  • We recommend separating the orders for in-stock and pre-order items, allowing us to process them independently. If not separated, we will delay shipping until the pre-order products are in stock.
  • Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there might be minor delays, but rest assured, we are committed to delivering your items as swiftly as we can.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping fee of $ 15 and free shipping for orders of $300 and above for all customers in Canada and US.

It's important to note that larger orders exceeding our standard box dimensions may be shipped in multiple packages. In such cases, the standard shipping fee will be applied to each shipment.

Local Pickup and Delivery

  • Local Pickup: If you're in the Greater Vancouver Area, we provide a convenient local pickup option. Simply select the "Local Pickup" choice during checkout for added convenience. We will e-mail you to notify you when the order is ready for pickup.
  • Local Delivery: For the Greater Vancouver Area, we offer local delivery by us or via a courier service at a fee of $5. Simply select the "Local Delivery" choice during checkout in the shipping method.

International Shipping

  • US and Beyond: Good news for our international customers – we now offer shipping to the United States in addition to our domestic service.  Please bear in mind that any customs duties and taxes that apply to your order are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Confirmation Email: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and other relevant shipping details. Your tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to keep a close eye on your package's journey to your doorstep.

Damages
