Gundam Markers are paint pens made by Mr. Hobby (GSI Creos), with Bandai Spirits as product planner, for colouring and panel-lining Gunpla without an airbrush. The same line is also listed on the Gundam Markers page.

Can I use a panel-line Gundam Marker over paint?

GSI Creos says the fine panel-line pens are designed for bare molded plastic and can dissolve Gundam Marker, Mr. Color, Gundam Color and Aqueous Hobby Color paint. Over painted surfaces it recommends the wipe-off panel-line pen (GM20/21) or the GP01 pencil-type liner.

Bottle paints are in Paints and Gundam Color; clear spray coats in Topcoat.
