Back-Order Policy
What is a Backorder?
A backorder means the item is temporarily out of stock at P-Rex Hobby but available from our suppliers. Backordered items typically arrive at our store within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.
Cancellation
Backorder items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Because backordered items are reserved and processed immediately with our suppliers, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications for these orders.
Please make sure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship your order together once the backorder arrives.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately and the backordered items later, please either place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping.
Fulfillment Guarantee
Most backorders are successfully fulfilled. In the rare case we are unable to fulfill your backorder, we will issue a full refund to you.
