Back-Order Policy

What is a Back-Order?

A back-order means the item is temporarily out of stock at P-Rex Hobby but available from our suppliers. Back-ordered items typically arrive at our store within 15 business days after your order is placed.

Deposit & Payment

Back-order items are reserved with a deposit. We charge a deposit at checkout and charge the remaining balance once the item arrives at our store, before it ships.

Cancellation

Back-order items are reserved and ordered from our suppliers on your behalf. Once placed, back-order orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship your order together once the back-order arrives.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately and the back-ordered items later, please place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping.

Fulfillment Guarantee

Most back-orders are successfully fulfilled. In the rare case we are unable to source your item, we will refund your deposit in full.
