KAYOU Trading Cards

KAYOU is a Chinese trading card publisher that licenses Western and Japanese properties into collectible card packs and boxes. The range here is led by "My Little Pony", "Naruto", "Demon Slayer", "Monster Jam", "WINX Club" and "KPop Demon Hunters".

What kind of cards are these?

KAYOU sets are collectible rather than competitive — there is no tournament format behind them. The appeal is the chase: heavy use of foils, textured stock, die-cuts and rarity tiers, sold in packs and display boxes at pocket-money prices. That makes them a common starting point for younger collectors and for anyone who wants pack-opening without committing to a game system. For playable TCGs see Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering or Bandai.
