1/12 Yamaha TZR250 (3MA) (1989) — a completely new-mold 1/12 scale Hasegawa model kit of the second-generation Yamaha TZR250.
Released in 1989, the TZR250 (3MA) used the same rear exhaust layout engine as the TZ250 racing machine of the time, with a forward intake and rear exhaust: the carburetor sits at the front of the engine and the exhaust pipe at the rear.
The kit reproduces the early 1989 model based on research on the actual vehicle. The headlight mirror surface and side mirror surface are plated parts, and a set of photo-etched parts adds further detail.
