ARTPLA SCULPTURE WORKS Evangelion Mass Production Type -Attack- Plastic Model from Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion — a model kit from Kaiyodo's Artpla Sculpture Works lineup.
The mass-produced Evangelion has a slender yet muscular body, a slimy head and wings 47 cm wide, each molded in one piece. The simple parts configuration makes it quick to assemble, and the pearl-gray HIPS molding lets it be displayed like a sculpture without paint. Completed, it is approximately 28 cm tall at the upper wingtip.
The kit is based on an original resin from 1997; all parts were 3D scanned and converted into digital data. The wing parts have been fine-tuned from the original prototype, and the rubble base has been enlarged with added details to support the top-heavy shape.
