Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Pre-Order
• Allocation
Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.
• Estimated Dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

The second wave of the ARTCANVAS series is here. It features Eiichiro Oda's ONE PIECE artwork, including color pages, applied onto LUFFY's. A color illustration commemorating the 20th anniversary in 2017 is adapted to the figure's form and printed using water transfer technique.
