Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.

Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).

From the original anime series "Apocalypse Hotel" comes a PLAMATEA plastic model of Yachiyo, the hotelier robot from the Gingarou Hotel!
· The model stands at approximately 150mm tall and features various points of articulation.
· Includes one pre-painted face plate, with decals to create various other expressions from the anime. A face plate for recreating moments when hot water erupts from her mouth is also included.
· Her tank mode can be recreated with the use of interchangeable parts.
· Two types of shampoo hats are included: one that can be hung on her hook and another that can be placed on her head.
· Includes interchangeable hand parts.
· The various parts of model have been separated into different colored runners and pre-painted parts, making it easy to recreate the character with a simple assembly.
· Articulated stand included.
