Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Pre-Order
• Allocation
Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.
• Estimated Dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

toridamono's original character MX-chan is now available as a plastic model!
Three face plates are included. They all feature articulated eyes, allowing you to freely change the direction of her gaze.
Face plates, eye parts and some hand parts are pre-painted.
A case that transforms into a railgun is also included.
PVC is used for hand parts.
Articulated stand included.
