Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Pre-Order
• Allocation
Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (10% discount, paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.

Release and arrival dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

A standard bunny plastic model now available as a PLAMATEA!
From character designer and illustrator saitom's original doujinshi "DF" comes a Kerry: Bunny Ver. plastic model!
The model stands at approx. 160mm in height and joints are fully articulated.
Bunny ear parts can be displayed extended or bent, and cover parts are included. The bunny ears can be replaced by an alice band (hairband).
Interchangeable high heels and cuffs are included.
Interchangeable chest parts come in three different sizes.
Includes one pre-painted face plate, as well as three unpainted face plates for which included decals can be used to set her expressions to your liking.
The model comes with four types of hand parts: closed hands, open hands and two types of gripping hands for holding things. The holes for the gripping hands measure 3mm in diameter, allowing the model to hold items that are compatible with the hole size.
In addition to a neck part that features a 5mm diameter ball joint, one 4mm and one 6mm joint part are also included for customization.
