This meticulously detailed model represents a variant of the iconic M4 Sherman tank, specifically the E2 version, which boasts reinforced armor up to 15.2cm thick to withstand German anti-tank guns. With a production count of 254 units, this model captures the essence of the original tank, featuring a welded body structure and powered by a Ford GAA V8 engine. Although the tank originally came equipped with a 75mm gun, over 100 units were upgraded on the battlefield with 76.2mm guns. This model kit, however, faithfully reproduces the tank with its original 75mm gun.
