Pre-Order
• Allocation
Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (10% discount, paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.
• Estimated Dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

As for the flowers used in the bouquet...Reflecting Kuchipatchi’s laid-back and gentle personality, chamomile and phlox—whose meanings in the language of flowers include “healing you” and “mildness”—were selected.
