Features that allow users to board Governors onto HEXA GEAR machines as their avatars have been retained while greatly improving the mobility and design of the model as a stand-alone figure! Head parts designed to resemble the doctor that holds key information about the Rayblade from the series are included and recommended to be used as a base model for custom Governors.
