Unlike its predecessor, this model takes on the role of a hoplite, boasting more rigid armor and significantly stronger artificial muscles. Despite a heavier skeleton that slightly reduces its speed, the Judge Head Governor is still highly regarded for its overall performance. Its advanced Sentinel-type head sensor excels in fire control, making it a formidable opponent in short-distance combat. The manipulators, mirroring those of the Sentinel, feature enhanced strength in each joint and superior grip strength, allowing for unmatched battlefield prowess. The Judge Head's primary weapon, The Ruler, is a large axe adorned with a hexagram and a propeller, capable of crushing standard and Para-pawn armor with a single, accelerated blow. Designed to intimidate, its head bears the menacing look of Western armor, signaling a clear message to the SANAT rebels. This kit, a variation of the Governor Armor Type: Knight, includes newly molded head, increased chest armor, large shoulder armor, and the imposing large axe.
