GodHand Stainless-Steel FF Board, 10 mm, Set of 4 (GH-FFM-10) — stainless backing plates you stick abrasive to, for getting a surface genuinely flat.

These are the base of the FF system: tape a strip of paper or cloth abrasive to the plate and you have a rigid sanding block instead of a floppy sheet. Stainless steel is what makes them work — at 2 mm thick and 10 mm wide they are thin but do not flex, and at 14 g they are heavy enough to resist the wobble that comes with a lighter plate. The four edges are lightly chamfered so they are less likely to scratch a part, and GodHand stamps the plate on both the face and the side so you can tell your grits apart. GodHand sizes them to suit the Flex Cloth Emery Cloth Set (GH-NY4) and the Kami Paper A and B sets (GH-KY-4A / GH-KY-4B).
