Description
GodHand Parts Nipper (GH-PN-165) — a large, high-durability double-edged nipper built to cut whole plastic parts and resin, not just fine gates. Where a precision nipper trims a gate, this one takes the part itself off in one squeeze.
The blades are big and the body is long enough to give you leverage: GodHand rates it for plastic parts up to 6 mm thick and cast resin up to Φ8 mm. Because the edge is flat, you can lay it along a part's surface and cut exactly where you want the line — which is what makes it useful for removing unwanted material or working on a conversion. It also takes off the plastic sheet that sticks out on an extended build. GodHand notes the cut face comes out a little rougher than their Pla-Plate Nipper; that is the trade for being able to use this one far more roughly.
