The liner is made specifically for flowing paint into moulded detail. Its tip is longer than a normal brush, so it holds more paint, and it comes to a fine point that lets you place that paint exactly on the line you are filling. It handles lines of different shapes and lengths, and it makes the job quick and consistent.
