• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days. On average, shipping takes around 3 days in Canada and 5 days in the United States, though this may vary based on the carrier and shipping method.

• No customer cancellations
Pre‑orders are final and cannot be exchanged or canceled by customers.
• Why pre‑order?
Locks in the launch price and gives you priority fulfillment as soon as stock arrives.
• Limited supply & possible cancellations
Quantities are limited and fulfilled on a first‑come, first‑served basis; if supplier allocations fall short, we may need to cancel all or part of an order and issue a full refund.
• Combined shipping
Your entire order WILL NOT SHIP until ALL pre‑order items arrive.

Orders cannot be picked up until ALL items are in stock.

Orders are fulfilled strictly in the sequence received. Free shipping on combined orders applies only if items ship together.
