• Allocation
Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (10% discount, paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.

• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

HG 1/144 Char's Zaku (GQ) from "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX" — Char Aznable's red mobile suit joins the HG line.
The Zaku in Char Aznable's signature red comes to HG from Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX. A newly designed Zaku Bazooka is included, the shoulder blocks move independently for dynamic action poses, and the mono-eye is movable. Marking stickers are included to recreate the on-screen appearance.
