Misato Katsuragi

Misato Katsuragi is the operations chief of NERV in Evangelion, the 1995 series and the four Rebuild of Evangelion films. She plans and calls the Eva deployments against the Angels, third in the chain of command. Kotono Mitsuishi has voiced her since the first episode.
