What counts as a historical miniature?

The subject is a person, rendered at a scale that sits alongside armor and aircraft kits — typically 1/35 for figures that share a diorama with a tank, or 1/16 and 1/24 for larger display busts and single figures. These are unpainted multi-part kits, not finished figurines.
