Discover the Takom 1/35 Scale FUG 2.5t Model Kit, a highly detailed representation of the versatile all-wheel drive work vehicle used by the Bundeswehr since 1983. Known for its exceptional off-road capabilities, this vehicle can navigate through various terrains, whether paved or unpaved, making it an indispensable asset in military operations. With a maximum load capacity of 2.5 tons and the ability to reach heights of up to 3.7m, the FUG 2.5t serves multiple purposes, including functioning as a bulldozer or crane car with the simple exchange of attachments. To date, approximately 580 units have been delivered to the Bundeswehr, showcasing their effectiveness not only in Germany but also in international missions with the ISAF (International Security Assistance Force).
This Takom model kit allows you to build one of four different versions of the FUG 2.5t, offering flexibility and variety to your model collection. The kit features doors that can be opened or closed even after assembly, movable wheels for dynamic display options, and includes clear parts and photo-etched parts for added realism. Additionally, decals for six different versions are provided, allowing for further customization and authenticity. Whether you're a seasoned modeler or new to the hobby, this kit promises an engaging and satisfying building experience.
