This kit is based on exhaustive research of the actual Object 279 preserved at the Kubinka museum in Russia, ensuring a level of accuracy. The kit includes non-workable indy-link tracks, decals, and colored photo-etched parts. Modelers have the option to build two distinct turret styles (one featuring the long 130mm gun and another with a shorter, larger caliber gun tube), allowing for the interchangeability of turrets to display your preferred version. This kit enables the construction of three different versions of the tank: Kubinka Tank Museum 2013, Object 279 1960, and Object 279M with the shorter gun. An added bonus is the inclusion of a highly detailed Chemical Defense Soldier figure, complete with weapon.
