Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.

Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (10% discount, paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).

Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.

15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

The original costume—featuring a head dress, outfit, and a black ribbon tied to her tail—creates a striking look that further enhances Ruby’s adorable charm.
The softly flared skirt and apron are carefully sculpted to convey a gentle, fabric-like texture, while the large ribbon on her back ensures she looks just as cute from behind.
Additionally, by combining it with the separately sold limited edition, you can swap facial expressions, allowing you to enjoy a variety of Ruby’s charms to match different scenes.
