P.M. Office A has created a "Plafia" plastic model kit of Arukuma, the popular mascot character from Nagano Prefecture! Arukuma is a very rare bear that appear in Shinshu in Nagano Prefecture. Although he's a bear, he's sensitive to the cold and always wears a hat; he also loves to travel and always carries a backpack. He loves roaming all over Shinshu, and now, as a posable plastic model kit, he'll be able to travel all over the world to spread the charm of Shinshu everywhere!
This model kit faithfully reproduces Arukuma's cuteness; his hat looks like an apple, which is a famous product of Shinshu. The parts can be easily removed from the runners by hand without the need for nippers, and assembly is easy too! He comes with two interchangeable faces (a smile and a winking smile), a pair of interchangeable arms, a miniature Nagano Prefecture-shaped plate, and an apple-shaped plate with "I (heart) Nagano"! He can hold either of the plates and be posed in various ways. Even his packaging is cute -- it's designed to resemble an apple crate, and it can be partially cut out and used as a piggy bank!
