• Carrier shipping rates for orders are calculated based on the package's size, weight, and destination.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–5 days. On average, shipping takes around 3 days in Canada and 5 days in the United States, though this may vary based on the carrier and shipping method.

• • Why pre-order: Locks in launch price and priority fulfillment
• • Limited supply: Orders are fulfilled first-come, first-served. If an order is not filled in the first batch, it will be fulfilled through subsequent restocks.
• • Combined shipping: Orders ship only after all pre-order items arrive
• • Estimated dates: Release and arrival dates may change
• • Cancellations: A 15% processing fee applies unless store credit is requested (no fees). Orders with a cutoff date are non-cancelable after the cutoff; others must be canceled within 30 days.
