Reproduced with weathered paint for that battle-worn look, this renewed version of the Andromeda returns to MegaHouse's "Cosmo Fleet Special" lineup; she's larger than the Yamato from the same series. Not only are all the various parts realistically sculpted, she also wears the markings seen in the movie. The inside of the diffuse wave motion cannon on the bow and the inside of the wave motion engine nozzle on the stern are painted with metallic paint for a realistic look. The four main guns (40.6cm triple-mounted convergent compression shock wave turrets) equipped on the front and rear can rotate, too. A miniature Cosmo Tiger I is included too.
