Pre-Order
• Allocation
Orders are filled in the order received. If supplier allocation falls short, your order rolls to the next batch or you can request a full refund.
• Payment Options
Most pre-orders offer two options at checkout: Full Payment (10% discount, paid in full now) or Deposit (full price, balance invoiced at ship).
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items ship only after all items in the order have arrived.
• Estimated Dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you accept store credit. Cutoff orders are non-cancelable after cutoff; otherwise cancel within 30 days of purchase.

As for the flowers used in the bouquet...Based on Mametchi’s earnest and diligent personality, gerberas and bouvardias—whose meanings in the language of flowers include “hope,”“perseverance,” and “intellectual charm”—were selected.
