• Cancellations
15% processing fee, waived if you take store credit. If the pre-order has a cutoff date, you can cancel any time before it. If it doesn't, you can cancel within 30 days of ordering.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Product Details:
- Three types of pre-printed face parts are included. One unpainted face part is also included.
- Additional expressions, clothing marks, and other details can be recreated with decals.
- The control device key is included. A dedicated hand part for holding the key is also included.
- A mugshot identification board is included. A dedicated hand part for holding the identification board is also included.
- The wrist deployment gimmick can be recreated by swapping out the arm parts.
- A badge-holding hand is included.
- The memorable head deployment gimmick can be recreated by swapping out parts. A blackout face part is also included.
