- The panel lines on the wing are crafted to accurately represent the -3 version.
- The cockpit design is historically accurate, featuring just foot troughs instead of a floor, although it does omit the fuel tank under the cockpit. This minor detail can be easily remedied with a bit of creativity using sheet styrene to prevent a "see through" effect through the lower windows.
- Both intercoolers are included in this kit, marking an improvement in design, though they might not be visible without a closer inspection.
- Underwing drop tanks are also provided. While not historically accurate for the -3 versions, they make a great addition to your spares box after filling the holes in the lower wing.
