Introducing the White M3A1 Scout Car model kit from Hobby Boss!
This historically accurate kit showcases the iconic vehicle first produced in 1938. Perfect for armored and reconnaissance units, the M3A1 Scout Car was more suited for road use than cross-country terrain.
During the war, the M3A1s were rarely used as scout vehicles, but various trial versions were developed, including the M3A1E1 with a diesel engine, the M3A1E2 with an armored roof, and the M3A1E3 with a 37mm gun on a rotating pedestal.
With nearly 21,000 units built, the White scout car was supplied in large numbers under Lend-Lease to the Soviet Union and Free French forces. Post-war, surplus vehicles were exported to nations like Israel, where they served for many years.
This kit includes photo-etched parts, decals, a metal barrel, and a newly molded M-30 howitzer. When completed, the model measures approximately 40.7cm long and 7.4cm wide.
