• Carriers in Canada include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, SKIP; Carriers in USA include PYK(USPS),UPS, FedEx.
• Carrier shipping rates for orders are calculated based on the package's size, weight, and destination. SKIP and PYK(USPS) usally provide very low shipping rates.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days. On average, shipping takes around 3 days in Canada and 5 days in the United States, though this may vary based on the carrier and shipping method.

• No customer cancellations
Pre‑orders are final and cannot be exchanged or canceled by customers.
• Why pre‑order?
Locks in the launch price and gives you priority fulfillment as soon as stock arrives.
• Limited supply & possible cancellations
Quantities are limited and fulfilled on a first‑come, first‑served basis; if supplier allocations fall short, we may need to cancel all or part of an order and issue a full refund.
• Combined shipping
Your entire order WILL NOT SHIP until ALL pre‑order items arrive.
• In‑store pickup
Orders cannot be picked up until ALL items are in stock.
• Estimated dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates and may change without notice.
• Fulfillment priority
Orders are fulfilled strictly in the sequence received. Free shipping on combined orders applies only if items ship together.
• Separate shipments
If you want items to ship or be picked up separately, place separate orders.
