Description
Discover the Fujimi Toyota Mark II Grande Twincam 24 (GX61) Model Kit - a versatile addition to any model car enthusiast's collection. This detailed kit allows you to build a classic Toyota Mark II in either its standard form or as a striking customized "shakotan" low-rider version. The "shakotan" style is highlighted by the unique "hachi no ji" suspension, named for its resemblance to the Japanese character for "eight" due to the cambered out rear suspension. This curbside model kit, designed without engine detail, focuses on the aesthetic and structural elements of the car.
The kit's components are thoughtfully colored; the body and interior pieces are molded in crisp white, while the chassis and suspension parts are in sleek black. Enhancing the model's realism and style are matte chrome TechoPhantom wheels and stretched "hippari"-style tires, which add an authentic "shakotan" look. Additional features include chrome side mirrors, a rear roof spoiler, and a front air dam, all contributing to the model's detailed appearance.
