Discover the iconic JB23, the third-generation Jimny off-road four-wheel-drive vehicle, a legend that has graced the automotive world for two decades. From its debut in 1998 to its tenth iteration, the Jimny has evolved from its straight-line box style to a more refined shape without compromising its robust ladder frame and rigid axle suspension. This evolution has significantly enhanced both its off-road and on-road capabilities.
Introducing the crafted model kit of the Suzuki Jimny JB23 by Fujimi, modeled after the final minor-change tenth model - the special-edition Land Venture launched in 2014. This later version boasts a thicker hood and is adorned with the LV’s distinctive side garnish and rear tire cover, capturing the essence of the real vehicle.
Experience the joy of model building without the need for painting or gluing, as the parts are pre-molded in vibrant colors. The boxy body shape is expertly reproduced using a slide mold, ensuring the front, rear, and roof seamlessly integrate with the body parts. The hood intake is designed with depth and is composed of separate parts for added realism. The front grille features a two-layer structure to enhance depth, complete with a detailed radiator at the back.
The vehicle's undercarriage is designed, with the ladder frame as a single piece to which additional parts such as the leading arm, trading arm, front and rear differential gear cases, and drive shaft are attached. The headlight lens is finely shaped, with the main and small light bulbs of the headlight unit delicately engraved, and the back of the lens is three-dimensional for an authentic look.
The driver’s side and passenger side windows are designed with separate glass and frame parts, while the side and rear window glued parts are fitted with glass for a realistic finish. The rear window defogger is delicately engraved, and the lenses of the side turn lamps and reverse lights are made with clear parts, adding to the model's authenticity.
