- We ship throughout Canada and US.
- Carriers in Canada include Canada Post and Chit Chats, while carriers in the USA include USPS and Purolator.
- Carrier shipping rates for orders are calculated based on the package's size, weight, and destination.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 days. On average, shipping takes around 3 days in Canada and 5 days in the United States, though this may vary based on the carrier and shipping method.
- Duties and taxes are prepaid by P-Rex Hobby, so you won’t be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

Return
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Pre-Order
• Why Pre-Order
Secure the launch price and receive priority fulfillment when stock arrives.
• Limited Supply
Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If your order is not included in the first batch, it will be fulfilled in a later restock when available.
• Combined Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items will ship only after all items in the order have arrived.
• Estimated Dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates and subject to change due to manufacturer schedules and shipping conditions.
• Cancellations
A 15% processing fee applies to cancellations unless store credit is requested (no fee).
Orders with a cutoff date become non-cancelable after the cutoff. Other orders must be canceled within 30 days of purchase.
