Bandai's official Customize Material brand adds Pipe Parts / Multi-Joint, sized for 1/144-scale models. The set bundles black/red varnish tubes and lead wires with a multi-joint runner that includes 3mm joints, C-type joints, and detail-cover parts.
The included joint parts let you mount the varnish tubes and lead wires into 3mm holes with ease, and three styles of detail-cover parts (round, hexagonal, roll-bar) close off unused 3mm holes for a cleaner armor surface.
