Son Gohan

Son Gohan is the elder son of Son Goku and Chi-Chi in Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball, first appearing in chapter 196, "Kakarrot", published in Weekly Shōnen Jump on October 8, 1988. Figure makers cover him from childhood through his Super Saiyan 2 form, and Bandai prize lines dominate this collection.

How to choose a Son Gohan figure

Prize figures (Ichibansho, Banpresto, SEGA, TAITO, FuRyu) are pre-painted, fixed-pose and the most affordable way into a good sculpt. Articulated lines (S.H.Figuarts, figma, Nendoroid) are for posing and photography. Scale statues (1/7, 1/8, 1/6) are the display centrepieces and cost the most. Availability changes as the makers reissue and retire items, so check each product page for the current status. Browse the full Dragon Ball collection. Related characters: Goku, Vegeta.
