Silver Chariot

Silver Chariot is Jean Pierre Polnareff's Stand from Stardust Crusaders, the third arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and it returns in Golden Wind. The name is the tarot card The Chariot.

What makes Silver Chariot stand out

  • A fencer in plate. A thin body in silver armour spiked at the shoulders and elbows, a jewel in its forehead, a basket-hilted foil in hand.
  • The armour comes off. The plate slows it and shields both Stand and user. Shed it and the speed climbs until it leaves afterimages, but the protection goes.
  • One throw, then retrieve. Its only ranged move launches the sword hard enough to punch through a body, and it can form just one blade.
  • The numbers. Power C, speed A, range C, staying B, precision B, potential C.

What this collection covers

Two Medicos Entertainment Chozokado re-releases at about 16 cm, articulated, sculpted under Hirohiko Araki's supervision. One lists two pairs of hands, three swords and a posing base.

Frequently asked questions

1. Is Silver Chariot a character of its own?

No. It is Polnareff's Stand and acts only on his direction.

2. Which stat carries a fight?

Speed, rated A. Power is C, so the rapier does the cutting rather than raw strength.
