Seika Ijichi

Seika Ijichi manages STARRY, the live house in Shimokitazawa where Kessoku Band gets its first real stages in Bocchi the Rock!, Aki Hamazi's four-panel manga adapted for television by CloverWorks in 2022. She is older sister to the band's drummer, Nijika, and the person who decides which bands get the room.

What makes Seika Ijichi stand out

• A guitarist before she was a manager Seika played guitar in her own band, well enough that the label talked about scouting her. She left it behind and ended up running a venue instead.
• Hard to read on purpose Proud, frank and strict, especially with her own sister, and she will not admit that she is invested. The slot she keeps open for Kessoku Band says otherwise.
• The room itself STARRY is the series' home base: the stage the band plays, the bar she works behind, and the address the story keeps coming back to.
