Most scale figures arrive with a base — for premium pieces ($200+), UV-resistant acrylic display cases are worth the investment to prevent yellowing. Avoid direct sunlight; PVC plastic gradually yellows under UV exposure (especially white-painted areas) and the damage is permanent. For mid-shelf collectors, microfiber dusting every 1-2 months keeps detail visible. How do I prevent my figures from yellowing?
