Nu Udra is a Cephalopod from Monster Hunter Wilds, titled the Hell Flame Octopus: the first cephalopod not filed as an Elder Dragon.
What it does in the story
It rules the Oilwell Basin and is most active during the Firespring, when its offspring, the Nu Yaya, hatch in numbers.
What makes it different
Six arms, not eight.
Six limbs carry and strike; the other two are reduced into a shield over the mouth.
Blind, and lit.
Bioluminescent stalks and limb tips do the seeing. Flash bombs do nothing.
Oil first, fire second.
A coat of black oilsilt ignites when it enrages. Its heaviest attack rains burning oil, then leaves it spent.
How big is it?
Crown sizes: 1,884.32 cm at the small gold crown, 2,386.81 cm at the large.
What this collection covers
A Creator's Model sculpted for its sprawl, a chibi-style plush, a Palico plush in Nu Udra equipment, and a costume cap with two Nu Yaya larvae at the back.
