New Jersey on video

New Jersey

New Jersey is an Ultra Rare battleship of the Eagle Union in Azur Lane, the 2017 mobile shoot-'em-up from Manjuu and Yongshi, and she personifies the Iowa-class battleship of the same name. She arrived with Mirror Involution in 2021, is voiced by Miyu Tomita, answers to Big J, and introduces herself as the Black Dragon of the Eagle Union.

What makes New Jersey stand out

  • Iowa-class, and built like it. Heavy armour and a battleship main battery, with destroyer guns in the secondary slot and anti-air guns in the third: three slots doing three jobs.
  • Dragon's Breath. Every main-gun salvo has a chance to add a barrage that always lands critical hits and leaves armour broken, and the same barrage fires ten seconds into a battle.
  • Firepower for Freedom. Her motto, and a support skill: she fires a barrage for a fleet she is not sailing with, and buffs Eagle Union carriers when one of theirs leads it.
  • Don'tcha Just Love It? The third skill lifts her own firepower and reload, then hands anti-air, damage reduction and firepower to the Eagle Union fleet around her.

What this collection covers
