Marin Kitagawa

Marin Kitagawa is the co-lead of My Dress-Up Darling, the manga Shinichi Fukuda has serialized in Young Gangan since 2018; the CloverWorks anime followed in 2022, with a second season in 2025. She is a high-school student who models on the side and talks openly about her love of anime, games and cosplay, and she pulls classmate Wakana Gojo into sewing her costumes.

What makes Marin Kitagawa stand out

• Costume changes are the point of the series. Because the story is about making cosplay, Marin is drawn in school uniform, loungewear, everyday outfits and a run of costumes, and the figures follow that spread.
• Cosplay releases are named for the character she is dressed as. A Nendoroid Doll and an outfit set are both titled Shizuku Kuroe Cosplay by Marin, and a 1/7 scale statue is sold as the Liz version.
• The doll format gets its own outfit set. Nendoroid Doll Marin has a jointed body under cloth clothing, and the outfit is sold separately as well, so it can be swapped or used on another doll.
• Palm-size and noodle-stopper pieces are in the mix. A Melty Princess figure is sized to the palm, and a Noodle Stopper figure is weighted to sit on a cup-noodle lid.

What this collection covers

1/7 scale statues in several outfits, Nendoroid and Nendoroid Doll releases with a separate outfit set, a Luminasta prize figure, a non-scale loungewear figure, and the palm-size Melty Princess and Noodle Stopper pieces.
