Izuna Hatsuse

Izuna is a first-year at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy in Blue Archive. She belongs to the school's Ninjutsu Research Club, carries a submachine gun, and has declared she will become Kivotos's number one ninja.

What makes Izuna stand out

• A fox in training. Fox ears, a large tail and a kitsune hair clip. Hyakkiyako is a coalition of clubs rather than a school with a student council, which leaves room for a ninja club to exist.
• The vocabulary. She calls Sensei 'my lord', announces her techniques as Izuna-style ninjutsu, and treats escort duty as following Sensei around Kivotos. The speech is joke and character at once.
• Cheerful past the point of sense. She smiles in almost every situation, including the ones going badly. The cheer is the whole design, not a mask.
