GNT-0000SDV Gundam 00 Command Quanta

GNT-0000SDV Gundam 00 Command Qan[T] is a custom Gunpla from the Gundam Breaker Battlogue animation, first seen in the tie-in game Gundam Breaker Mobile. It takes the GNT-0000 00 Qan[T] and grafts on elements of the SD Command Gundam, and Takuma Nagitsuji flies it.

What it does in the story

There is no war here for it to fight: it exists inside a Gunpla battle, and its behaviour is written as a character trait, an elite soldier who drops spent weapons to stay fast and finishes with nothing but combat knives. On screen it moves from machine gun and missile fire into Assault Burst.

What makes it different

  • The extra armour is why it exists. Command Gundam plating raises its defence, and a sub-energy tank lets it fight longer than a standard 00 Qan[T]. A four-tube missile launcher above the left shoulder works off the backpack sensor unit.
  • The shield hides a cannon and two knives. The left-arm Arms Shield carries a large-calibre beam cannon in its back and stores a combat knife on each side, last-resort weapons for when everything else has been discarded.
  • Assault Burst is not Trans-Am. It glows red, but as an outline rather than the full-body tint of Trans-Am, and it is modelled on the Burst mechanic from Gundam Breaker 3.

How big is it?

  • Head height: 19.0 m according to Bandai's official spec
  • Weight: 73.6 t, or 74.9 t for the Desert Type
  • 1/144: roughly 13.2 cm

Frequently asked questions

1. Is this the 00 Qan[T] from the 2010 film?

No. The film machine is the GNT-0000 00 Qan[T] from A Wakening of the Trailblazer. This is a Gunpla built on that kit with SD Command Gundam parts, existing only in the Build and Breaker side.

2. What is the Desert Type?

A variant shown in the Gundam Metaverse project as a life-size exhibit, limited to physical weapons with better dust-proofing and cooling. It commemorates the unit stopping a sandstorm at a Dubai championship venue.

3. Which kit is the 00 Command Qan[T]?

A 1/144 High Grade from the Breaker Battlogue line, released in 2022. The Desert Type followed in 2024 under the Build Metaverse line.
