GAT-X370 Raider Gundam is the transformable machine of the trio that Muruta Azrael's conglomerate builds for the Earth Alliance in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED (2002, C.E. 71). Clotho Buer, a Biological CPU, flies it. It is the only one of the three on an X300-series frame, the Aegis's family, with a far simpler transformation.
What it does in the story
It arrives at Orb with the Calamity and the Forbidden, and the three hold the Freedom and the Justice to a draw. From there it moves to the Dominion and fights through the war's last battles, ending at Jachin Due, where Yzak Joule brings it down from the Duel Gundam with the Buster's sniper rifle.

Its fighter mode carries other mobile suits.
Two large wings give the Raider full atmospheric flight and also let it act as a subflight lifter, hauling another machine, usually the Calamity, into the fight.

Half the guns are locked to one form.
The M417 80 mm autocannon in the nose and the two 76 mm autocannons in the shoulders only work in flight form. The Zorn energy cannon in the mouth and the 52 mm shield cannon work in both.

The mace is built to beat Phase Shift.
Mjolnir is a dense spherical head on a polymer wire, heavy enough that the blow passes shock through Phase Shift armour instead of bouncing off. Its anti-beam coated wire can be spun as a screen; the head can be cut by a saber.
